A private resort at the north end of Kentucky
Lake, shall have 30 lodges, two 7-storey hotel buildings with
convention facilities, administrative offices for sales, health
club and recreation center with indoor swimming pool, racquet
ball courts, volley ball courts, exercise & spa rooms,
massage therapy & outdoor tennis courts.
Additionally, it shall have a marina store with 24 hour restaurant,
150 open boat slips and 100 covered boat slips. New white
sand beaches would be developed; one near the lodges and water
skiing area and the other near hotels. An existing fishing
pier would be upgraded and a light house added. Terraced gardens
with native plants, reflecting pools with fountains and cascading
falls shall lead from hotels to the edge of water, where an
amphitheater type of seating is created to watch and interact
with water and movement of boats.
